The Community Centre, constructed in the 1960s, stands as a testament to the dedication and generosity of the residents of Holywell and Seaton Delaval, who raised the funds for its purchase. As a result, the community centre is owned by the residents and operated by a committee comprised of members from the various groups that use the centre.
Within the community centre, a spacious hall offers the flexibility to be divided into two smaller halls, one of which features a fully equipped stage complete with lighting and sound equipment. Adjacent to the halls, a well-appointed kitchen boasts a serving hatch that conveniently connects to the main hall.
There is ample parking at the rear of the Community Centre, ensuring ease of access for visitors. Additionally, complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout the building, enhancing the overall experience for all who use this valuable community resource.
