The Community Centre, housed in the original Seghill Colliery Institute building, is conveniently located on the main street of the village.
Operated by dedicated volunteers from the Seghill Community Association, they are responsible for the management, maintenance, and overall well-being of the facility.
Within the Community Centre, you will find a spacious hall complete with a stage, a fully equipped kitchen, a smaller hall, a meeting room, and a separate meeting room with its own kitchen area.
Additionally, there is ample parking available on the side and rear of the building, making it easily accessible for all visitors, including those with disabilities.
The Centre’s versatile facilities are suitable for a wide range of activities and events, providing a welcoming space for the community to come together and engage in various programs and gatherings.
